Few of us realise just how important is the way in which we relate to ourselves and to others. Social attitudes, along with our own conditioning, have cultivated belief patterns within each of us that define the way we relate. Unfortunately, all too often our interactions with others are uncomfortably strained and emotional because our communication is defensive and unclear. And when we don’t realise our expectation of a successful relationship we feel like a failure. We give up and simply walk away from the situation and, try as we might to change the situation repeats itself elsewhere. Instead of feeling loved, accepted and supported we experience rejection, frustration and despair.
In this workshop, you will be given simple, practical techniques that will support your willingness to change. As always, John will use an intuitional approach appropriate to the needs and expectations of the group and might include such areas as:
