One to One Coaching

My One to One life skills coaching sessions are tailored to the individuals needs. I would normally recommend a comprehensive approach in which we look at every area of a client’s life. This is based on my personal experience and understanding that nothing really changes in our lives until we have firstly reflected on and made internal changes.
