Coping with Stress
We all experience stress at times and learning to cope effectively with it is essential if we are to avoid the potential of developing stress-related illnesses.
For many people, stress is a major contributory factor in disease; break down in relationships and our overall wellbeing.
It is the way we think about things that result in stressful beliefs, attitudes, emotions and actions. Unfortunately, these become habits that can lead to a seemingly endless circle of more stress.
In this workshop, you will experience and learn simple and effective skills for coping with stress
